Just put an item in your shopping cart and calculate shipping to see how reasonable our shipping charges really are. In many cases, your actual shipping maybe lower, and your credit card will be charged the a more favorable rate. This frequently happens on orders where multiple items are ordered. Why? Because they items we sell are generally large and heavy and shipping rates are automatically calculated as separate items, but if we can combine items to save you money on shipping, we will.

For heavy/oversized orders over 70 lbs, we may have to split your shipment up into two or more parcels. In this case, shipping charges will be more. We will contact you for your approval if this is necessary.

The shipping charges for international orders are generally accurate. If, due to weight restrictions for any given country the item (s) cannot be shipped for the displayed price, ePokerDeals will contact you to resolve the situation and give you another quote for the order.

Return Policy: National Casino Supply,LLC, will replace any defective or damaged merchandise at no cost to you. Shipping charges for returned mechandise other than damaged/defective merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer. We will gladly refund your credit card for unopened / resellable merchandise returned to us, less the original shipping charges. All returns, damaged, or undamaged/defective must be made within 30 days of receipt. Please email customer_service@epokerdeals.com for any returns, or questions. Due to the weight and shipping cost of our items, we strongly suggest ordering a sample pack of poker chips if you are uncertain. Our  Poker Chip Showdown is also a useful tool in determining which set is right for you and your budget.
Custom poker chips cannot be returned unless there is physical damage or a misspelling. Once you approve the proof and the chips are printed, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing or spelling defect. The colors you see in a digital proof viewed on a computer monitor will not match exactly what the chip will look like when printed. If you have to have exact matches, we can print a test print for you for an additional cost. If there are broken chips, or a physical defect, National Casino Supply reserves the right to reprint the chips or offer the customer a refund.
